Graphic Novels . GENERAL INFORMATION

In 2003 Anubis Publications entered dynamically the field of Graphic novels, becoming a pioneer in the production of luxurious editions of famous titles and rejuvenating the market of graphic novels in Greece. The fist illustrated title that came out in bookstores from Anubis Publications was "In the Shadow of E.A. Poe" of DC/Vertigo, an alternative look in the life of the great American writer. A few months later, in collaboration with the same company, it was published in greek the best seller of New York Times and Locus awarded "The Sandman - Endless Nights" of Neil Gaiman.

Since then Anubis Publications has to show a significant production in that area through its collaboration with DC/Vertigo and other leading companies of the field, such as Marvel and Dark Horse Comics.

Among the titles that were published in Greece from Anubis we can mention world bestsellers, such as «Watchmen», «V for Vendetta», «Batman: The Dark Knight Returns» (DC/Vertigo), «Amazing Spider-Man: The Other», «Iron Man: Extremis», «Χ-Men: E is for Extinction» (Marvel), «300» and «Sin City» (Dark Horse Comics).
